Tackle our Ropes Course Adventure

Climb the trees, zip across flying-foxes, swing like Tarzan, cross rope bridges, walk the planks and abseil to the ground!

One of the newest developments here, which is set for completion in early 2008, is our Ropes course taking explorers on a tree-top forest journey tackling rope bridges, tarzan swings, flying foxes and many other physical obstacles. Participants must often overcome their personal emotions and fears with the support and encouragement of their friends and colleagues to successfully complete the challenges. The course is ideal for challenging personal development as well as team-building activities consisting of low, medium and high-level elements.

The course sections range from one to seven meters above the ground and are offered both as an integral part of our leadership training programs and as a recreational activity for our visitors, appealing to a wide age range and varying needs.

Our facilitators establish the context for each activity, monitor participant's safety and then periodically initiate evaluation, helping the team to recognize valuable insights throughout the program. Participants appreciate the opportunity to interact with their teammates in a very different and powerful way where perceived risk on the high-rope elements is high but actual risk is low.

Visitors are fitted with standard safety climbing harnesses, helmets and all required equipment before being given instructions from our trained facilitators and then trek from tree to tree high above the ground.
